Product Creation and Processing

 Most candles will be ready to ship out within 1-5 business days although some products may take longer. For instance, our 'handmade painted glass candle holders' may take up to 5 weeks to arrive because they are handmade to order by an artist. If you order a product that will take a long period of time to create, we will gladly ship your order out in separate parts as it is ready.

Domestic (USA) Shipping Policy and Transit Times

 Your order will ship from our production facility in Pennsylvania. You will be alerted via email with the tracking information and precise transit time on the evening that your order ships.

You can expect the following transit times from when your order ships:
East Coast: 1-3 days
Central: 2-4 days
Midwest: 3-5 days
West Coast 5 days*

* Some remote West Coast destinations require a 6th business day of transit.

Canadian Shipping Policy and Transit Times

All orders to Canada will take 3-10 days for delivery and will be charged the quoted shipping rate.

Worldwide Shipping Policy and Transit Times

All orders from other countries will take 7-21 days or longer depending on where it is and how remote the location. Rates are calculated.
